My Mental Health and Me -
Black Women & Girls Forum

On Saturday, Feb 1, Focusing on Black women and girls, the Seattle Alumnae Chapter came together with the Bellevue and Tacoma Alumnae Chapters for our Regional Day of Service accompanied with NPHC for the My Mental Health and Me Forum at Byrd Barr Place—an empowering day of healing, learning, and community. With insightful local mental health specialist as a panelist and amazing vendors, with lunch, we fostered conversations that matter. Discussions ranged from parenting to self care.
